As an Test Tracker Professional project administrator,
you use Project Customization to control access to a project by defining the
users who can access the project
Note: Users belonging to the Viewers group cannot view or change any
settings in the Project Customization window if they dont have permission in the profile level, except settings on the User
information page.
If a user assigned as a project user, he/she can view the project related entities based on their profile permissions given.
Ex:- If an user who has the ttp_resource profile has been added as a project user, he/she can only work on the defects but they can neither edit or delete the projects.
